Ichigo design and construction based in Vancouver, Canada, is a collaborative design and construction company led by HiDe Ebina and Yoshi Hiraoka.

The Ichigo design and construction grows from HiDe's artistic exploration through his 20years career as an professional ceramicist and Yoshi's long time architectural achievements as carpenter and contractor. inspired by the idea that "yin" and "yang" in both concepts and materials have real potency in creating the physical experience of space, Ichigo sets out to build spaces that brings a lot of laughter and zen in life.

Ichigo's philosophy and craft man-ship is rooted in Japanese culture where both HiDe and Yoshi are from and trained to do things in high standard Japanese way using both the traditional and modern method which makes their creation of the space very uniquely special regardless of size and kind/ large or small/ residential or commercial.
